City of Health Hospital Center

The City of Health is a comprehensive “turnkey” construction and equipment project. Executed in two phases, the complex comprises 4 specialized hospitals and a medical distribution center. The hospitals include the Dr. Hugo Mendoza Pediatric Hospital, the Dr. Mario Tolentino Dipp General and Specialties Hospital, the Dr. Ney Arias Lora Traumatological Hospital and the Dr. Reynaldo Almánzar Maternal Hospital. Ciudad de la Salud also includes the Promese-CAL Medication distribution logistics center. The facilities respond to the claims of a population of around one million seven hundred thousand inhabitants (1,700,000), who lack adequate coverage of basic and specialized health services.
