Activity: The Dr. Ney Arias Lora Traumatological Hospital began as a project to provide access to quality healthcare services for residents of La Victoria, Villa Mella, Sabana Perdida, Los Guaricanos, and surrounding neighborhoods. These are some of the most populous neighborhoods in the "Gran Santo Domingo," where the majority of the city's lower-income classes are concentrated.
